Welcome to Williams Farm! We are delighted to offer you a beautiful and versatile setting for your special day. Below, you will find detailed information about our core wedding rental packages and what is included to ensure your wedding is nothing short of perfect.
Included in the Venue Rental (all packages):
• Exclusive access to our entire property from 8 AM to 11 PM
• The Farmhouse, a charming bridal suite full of natural light for your preparations featuring: Downstairs: kitchenette, dining tables, restroom & a lounge area. Upstairs: A lounge area as well as countertops with mirrors, & additional lighting
• The Barn, a spacious 5,670 sq ft event space featuring: Groom’s Suite: a dedicated space for the groom and his party. A prep kitchen: equipped with 2 large refrigerators, prep tables, & microwave (no stove/oven)
• Tables and chairs for up to 200 guests
• Beautiful outdoor spaces available for your ceremony
• Convenient onsite parking for your guests
• A dedicated team member onsite during your event
* Couples are responsible for the setup of tables and chairs. This allows you to customize the layout to perfectly match your vision. We recommend coordinating with your wedding planner to assist with this process.
Basic Package-Coordination
Our Basic Package includes everything listed above, plus day-of-coordination by our dedicated coordinator.
Coordination/Day of Execution
• Development and finalization of the event timeline
• Distribute timeline to vendors and necessary attendees.
• Management and Coordination with all vendors and Williams Farm on arrival day.
• One Hour rehearsal on scheduled rehearsal time.
• Assist vendors with needs as they arrive throughout the day.
• Oversee ceremony start time, ceremony entrance coordination with DJ and transition to cocktail hour or reception with officiant and DJ.
• Coordination of room flip plan (if necessary) with vendors and volunteers
• Oversight of the reception timeline to ensure the plan is executed to the best ability of the vendor team.
• Coordinator is the “go to” person for all emergencies or needed adjustments within the plan and timeline of the scheduled events.

Classic Package- Planning and Coordination
Our Classic Package includes everything in the Basic Package, plus a wedding planner who will provide the following services:
Planning & Coordination
• Access to planning portal for bride, Williams Farm team, & vendors. Tools included are: checklists, calendar, design studio, budget sheets, website, guestlist & layout, & seating
• 4 planning meetings prior to wedding day - includes virtual vendor meetings.
• Unlimited availability by text and email outside of official planning meetings
• Wedding design assistance
• Assistance with reception floor plan & seating chart
• Coordination of set up and tear down plan with Williams Farm and other involved vendors.
• Vendor referral and guidance- selection assistance and contract review
• Budget assistance
• Confirm and assist vendors with logistics
• Production schedule and timeline created and distributed to necessary vendors
• Out of town guest assistance
• Final headcount to all vendors one week prior to wedding
Day of Execution

Our hourly rental option is ideal for a variety of special occasions, including birthday parties, graduations, celebrations of life, showers, and small acoustic events. Enjoy the flexibility of a 3-hour minimum rental duration, ensuring you have ample time to create unforgettable memories in a beautiful setting! Please note that hourly events can only be booked up to 60 days in advance, allowing you to plan with ease and convenience!
The Barn: $150/hr & up to 200 guests
The Farmhouse: $100/hr up to 25 guests
