The Farmhouse
Step into the rich history and timeless charm of our 1288 sqft farmhouse at Williams Farm. This historic mortise and tenon building, adorned with exposed beams, offers a picturesque setting that seamlessly blends the past with the present. Versatile and full of character, the farmhouse serves as an enchanting space for a variety of occasions.
Downstairs:
The lower level of the farmhouse features a thoughtfully designed kitchenette, a convenient bathroom, and a lounge area. Sunlight dances through large windows that frame serene views of the pond. Slide open the 8ft door to access the outside deck—a perfect spot for taking in the beauty of nature. Follow the deck down to a charming bridge that leads to the back barn, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.
Upstairs Loft:
Ascend to the upstairs loft, where a spacious area awaits. Mirrored counter space and comfortable chairs set the stage for bridal parties to prepare for the big day. The loft also features a half bath and a lounge area, providing a private and elegant space for pre-wedding moments.
The farmhouse transforms into an intimate bridal suite for brides on their wedding day and can also be used for receptions, company meetings, celebrations of life, small music events and parties.
The Barn
At Williams Farm, our barn stands as a beacon of rustic elegance, a sprawling 5760 sqft canvas waiting to host your grand celebrations. With meticulous attention to detail, our barn is a versatile space designed to accommodate a variety of events.
Interior Spaces:
Step inside to discover a thoughtfully designed space adorned with white tongue and groove wood walls, exposed beams, and trusses that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The ceilings soar in the tall area, dressed in white tongue and groove wood, while the smaller wings boast corrugated metal ceilings, adding character and dimension. The barn is equipped with a convenient prep kitchen featuring large refrigerators, ensuring that your caterers have everything they need to deliver culinary delights for your event. A side entrance provides easy access for catering teams, streamlining the flow of service. Say goodbye to event inconveniences with two spacious bathrooms—one for men, one for women—and a family bathroom, ensuring comfort for all your guests. A designated space that can serve as a haven for grooms and their groomsmen. It offers a private retreat with a view, providing the perfect setting for pre-event preparations.
Outdoor spaces:
Bask in the natural light that floods the barn through large windows on both the first and second stories. The beautiful glass garage door can be opened or closed, allowing you to tailor the atmosphere to your event's unique needs.Step outside onto a pebble stone patio, an ideal extension of the indoor space. Whether it's sipping cocktails under the open sky or dancing the night away, this outdoor area provides a breath of fresh air for your festivities. Our barn features a designated food truck area complete with water access and electric hookups. This allows for a dynamic and interactive dining experience for your guests.
