Our business address is 6570 Beaver Run Road SW, Pataskala OH 43062 but the physical address for the venue is 8405 York Road SW, Pataskala, OH 43062. If you are providing alcohol at your event, the policy must include host liquor liability. The policy must also have a minimum coverage limit of $1,000,000.00.
